Rules & Safety

Gear & Footwear

• Dry and clean shoes must be worn in the simulator rooms.
• No metal spikes. If street shoes are dirty, please bring a clean pair to change into.
• Equipment like balls and clubs must be clean.
• Only use the tees provided.

Safety & Conduct

• Only one person at a time in the hitting area.
• All shots must be directed at the hitting screen.
• No reckless play.
• No tampering with equipment or cameras.
• Minors must be accompanied by an adult at all times.
• Report any accidents immediately.

Room Rules

• No more than 4 people in a simulator room at a time.
• No propping doors open.
• Keep volume at a reasonable level and be respectful of other golfers.
• Leave the simulator room as clean as you found it.
• Guests are responsible for throwing away trash and wiping tables.

Policies & Timing

• Absolutely no alcohol, drugs, smoking, or vaping on the premises.
• Carry-in food and drinks are allowed, but MUST be kept away from simulator equipment and the hitting area.
• Simulators turn off after 55 minutes.
• Please clean and exit immediately so the next guests can start on time.
