1. What do I need to bring?
Bring anything you would bring when you are going to hit the course. Golf balls and clubs must be clean to prevent damages to the screen and equipment.
2. Do you provide club rental?
No, unfortunately at this time, clubs are not available for rent.
3. Can I use my own balls?
Yes, regular golf balls are used with the golf simulators. Golf balls can not have any marker or dirt on them.
4. Can I wear street shoes?
Shoes must be dry and clean before going into the simulator room. During winter months or rainy days, we ask that you bring a clean, dry pair of shoes to change into.
5. How long are sessions?
Sessions are 55 minutes; leaving 5 minutes for guests to clean and exit the room and for the following guest to get settled before starting to swing. Sessions always start at the top of the hour and will end at XX:55. We ask that you clean up your space promptly to allow the next group to start on time.
6. How many people per session?
Up to 4 people can be in a simulator room at one time. If you are planning on a larger group, our unique design is perfect for larger groups. But please contact us directly so we can accommodate you to have the best experience. Larger groups must be arranged 24 hours in advanced and is based on current booking availability.
7. Is there food and beverages at the lounge?
There are a selection of vending beverages and snacks available for purchase. Guests are able to bring in their own food and drinks. Alcohol is NOT allowed on the premises.
8. What happens after I book?
You will receive two emails after booking – One from Allbooked confirming date, time, bay and more. Another from Kisi which will give you a scanner to unlock all doors necessary for your session. The Kisi lock will be valid 10 minutes before and after your session.
9. Can I cancel?
Our cancellation policy is 24 hours in advanced. Once this window has closed, you are not longer able to cancel your booking.
10. Are there any staff onsite?
No, there is no staff onsite. You will book your tee time and access the lounge through Allbooked. The suites and common areas are all under video surveillance.
11. What do I do if there is a technical difficulty?
We go above and beyond to try to make this experience as seamless as possible. However, technology can’t always be perfect so contact us immediately at thevillesimlounge@gmail.com if you are experiencing issues and our team will try our best to address your issue promptly.
12. When can I book?
Booking can be complete as early as 14 days in advance to up to an 1 hour before the start of booking. Bookings always begin at the top of the hour and must be made in 1 hour increments. You are welcome to book multiple hours in a row.
